Payment Policy

Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of arrival. Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is not paid on time.

We reserve the right to restrict the number of visitors to a room. No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10pm. Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.

Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or check-out is by arrangement only.

Smoking is not allowed in any of the designated 'No Smoking' rooms and areas of the property. If you do smoke, then you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.

Cancellation Policy

4 weeks notice of cancellation required for Christmas/New Year holiday period and January school holidays.
4 weeks notice required for all special event and group bookings.
2 weeks notice required for all other school holiday and public holiday bookings.
7 days notice required at all other times.
Short notice will incur a penalty charge of at least one night or the cost of accommodation.
